Penna plc, the global HR services group, has announced recent changes to its public sector executive search team, including the appointment of Rebecca Jones to the role of senior consultant, and the promotion of Michael Earnshaw from the research team to associate consultant.

Both these appointments demonstrate Penna's commitment to supporting public sector clients, as well as adding broader experience to the existing team led by Jonathan Swain, head of public sector, executive search.
