The Government’s promised changes to the Health and Social Care Bill must not be a ‘re-spray job’, according to the chairman of the British Medical Association’s (BMA) GPs committee.

The Government's promised changes to the Health and Social Care Bill must not be a ‘re-spray job', according to the chairman of the British Medical Association's (BMA) GPs committee.

Speaking at a BMA conference last week, Dr Laurence Buckman, said the Government's recent listening exercise on the proposed NHS reforms must not be just a re-spray job ‘to try and persuade us to accept the unacceptable'.
