The WLGA has predicted a surge in demand for home care services, after the Welsh Assembly introduced a £50 weekly charge.

The WLGA has predicted a surge in demand for home care services, after the Welsh Assembly introduced a £50 weekly charge for residents.

The cap is for people who receive homecare and other non-residential social services, and will come into effect from 11 April onwards, as part of a new £10.1m package to improve social care charges.
