Charity has designs on improving children's wellbeing

The Children’s Society calls on councils,to design services which improve the wellbeing of local youngsters.

The Children's Society has called on councils, together with health and wellbeing boards, to design services which improve the wellbeing of local youngsters.

The charity published a survey last week, which looked into what made children happy, and what they thought of their own areas. One of the organisation's economic advisers, David Hounsell, said wellbeing could help link different service areas.
