Chelmsford's chief executive dies of cancer

Chelmsford City Council’s chief executive Steve Packham has died of lung cancer at the age of 66.

Chelmsford City Council's chief executive Steve Packham has died of lung cancer at the age of 66.

Mr Packham served as the chief executive for 14 years.
