Cherwell District Council and South Northamptonshire Council have appointed three directors in the second stage of plans to establish a joint senior management team working across both authorities.

The appointments of Ian Davies, Calvin Bell and Martin Bell follow the recruitment earlier in the year of Sue Smith as shared chief executive and the new team are expected to be fully operational from October.
