A complaint against Thanet DC chief executive Sue McGonigal has been dismissed as unfounded following an independent investigation.

A complaint against Thanet DC chief executive Sue McGonigal has been dismissed as unfounded following an independent investigation.

In a report, which went before the council's general purposes committee on 23 October, the designated independent person, Mark Lowe QC, dismissed the complaint, which was brought by Green Party member Cllr Ian Driver.
