New chief executive for Rochdale

Jim Taylor looks set to become the next chief executive at Rochdale MBC.

Jim Taylor looks set to become the next chief executive at Rochdale MBC.

Mr Taylor, who is currently the director of children's services at Tameside MBC, will take over from Roger Ellis, who is taking early retirement next month.
