Anthony Oliver has been named as Westminster City Council's chief procurement officer on a permanent basis.

Anthony Oliver has been named as Westminster City Council's chief procurement officer (CPO) on a permanent basis.

Mr Oliver has been working at Westminster in the CPO role for about 12 months. During that time, he has taken forward a range of improvements to the council's commercial and procurement practices.
