The Country Land and Business Association (CLA) has named Andrew Shirley as its chief surveyor.

Mr Shirley has worked for the association for 15 years, and now joins the London head office as chief surveyor, offering advice to Country Land and Business Association members on compulsory purchases, farm business and agricultural holdings tenancies, and utilities' wayleaves and easements.
