A management team shake-up at West Lancashire BC is set to save the council more than £104,000 a year.

A management team shake-up at West Lancashire BC is set to save the council more than £104,000 a year.

Acting chief executive Kim Webber will also from tomorrow take on the role of chief executive, head of the paid service and returning officer.
