The heads of two leading voluntary sector organisations have called on large and small charities to overcome their cultural barriers and work together.

In separate speeches last week, the chief executives of the National Association for Voluntary and Community Action (NAVCA) and the Association of Chief Executives of Voluntary Organisations (ACEVO) called on all third sector groups to join forces to help deliver a wider range of services.
