Chiefs slam 'anti-localist' procurement proposals

Council chief executives have criticised the Government’s proposals to standardise public sector procurement arrangements.

Council chief executives body, SOLACE, has rejected the Government's consultation on standardising public sector procurement arrangements as ‘anti-localist' and inapplicable to local government.
