A new executive director for resources has been appointed by Newham LBC, to help steer the authority through unprecedented change in the public sector.

Chris Pope will play a significant part in shaping the future of the borough during uncertain financial times. He will have responsibility for finance, human resources, legal and ICT services, as well as a range of other support functions.
