CIPFA Cymru Wales names first president

Steven O’Donoghue has been elected as president of Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy’s Cymru-Wales branch.

Steven O'Donoghue has been elected as president of Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy's Cymru-Wales branch.

With a career spanning 20 years, Mr O'Donoghue is currently head of assembly resources at the National Assembly for Wales in Cardiff.
