City deals to be struck within weeks

Both Edinburgh and Swansea could have their city deals signed off within weeks, according to their respective council leaders.

Both Edinburgh and Swansea could have their city deals signed off within weeks, according to their respective council leaders.

The leader of Swansea City Council, Cllr Rob Stewart, said he hoped a deal will be approved by the end of next month after local leaders met with ministers.
