Nottingham City Council has been left without a permanent director of resources after withdrawing a job offer.

Nottingham City Council has been left without a permanent director of resources after withdrawing a job offer.

The council is currently grappling with financial difficulties after it was forced to issue a section 114 notice for unlawful spending when it transpired it was using housing revenue account cash for general funds.
