City trust appoints Rachel Huxley

Rachel Huxley has been named as the new chief executive of Peterborough Environmental City Trust.

Previously head of operations at PECT since 2006, Ms Huxley has been acting chief executive since the departure of Hugh Cripps in December 2010.
