Civil engineer McCabe given interim post

Norfolk CC has appointed Tom McCabe to be interim director of environment, transport and development.

Norfolk CC has appointed Tom McCabe to be interim director of environment, transport and development (ETD) when current director Mike Jackson leaves the authority this month to become chief executive of North Somerset Council.
