Claer Lloyd-Jones to leave the Tenant Services Authority

Claer Lloyd-Jones will be leaving the Tenant Services Authority when it folds into the Homes and Communities Agency.

Claer Lloyd-Jones will be leaving the Tenant Services Authority (TSA) on 31 March 2012 when it folds into the Homes and Communities Agency.

She has led the social housing regulator since November 2010 over a period of major change and transition. Following the DCLG's review of Social Housing Regulation in England, the closure of the Tenant Services Authority has presented profound challenges for the organisation.
