Clark 'to clarify plans' for urban devo deals

Greg Clark has been asked to clarify what the Government plans to offer urban communities for possible devolution deals.

The leaders of Portsmouth City Council and Fareham BC have written to the new communities secretary, Greg Clark, and called for a meeting for a meeting to ‘ascertain what is possible' for their area.
