Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg has said there is ‘no doubt' that the Government needs to give councils more powers.
On a visit to a school last week with Sutton LBC's Lib Dem leader, Ruth Dombey, Mr Clegg said: ‘One of the key things for us in central government is to hand more powers to local governments.
