Local authorities, local enterprise partnerships, businesses, schools and colleges should come together to discuss the skills gap, MPs have urged.

Speaking at the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for London today, MP for Witham, Priti Patel, said it was essential councils were aware of the skills shortages in their areas and that they tried to address this gap.
