Why we need a collaborative revolution

Collaboration is the key to successful public service reform, but it is difficult and messy. Anton Draper offers advice on how to bend and shape the system

Government policy minister Oliver Letwin recently said that local intelligence and getting out of the office was one of the five principles to follow if you want to get things done in Whitehall (along with brevity, avoiding silos, making use of data and persistence).
