The Greater Manchester combined authority is looking to attract private cash to help fund the capital costs of its new health and social care system.

The Greater Manchester combined authority is looking to attract private cash to help fund the capital costs of its new health and social care system.

According to a report that went before the Greater Manchester health and social care devolution strategic partnership board, it is ‘clear' the capital costs of transforming the new service's buildings will ‘not be capable of being met from the normal sources of public sector capital funding'.
