The LGA has urged the Government to put local communities ‘in the driving seat' with its plans to reform the NHS.

Responding to the Government's listening exercise on the Health and Social Care Bill, LGA chairman, Baroness Margaret Eaton, said the proposed legislation was a ‘great opportunity' to integrate health and social care.
