New company could take on housing repairs from Kier

Stoke-on-Trent City Council is expected to transfer housing repairs to a new local authority-owned company when its current contract with Kier ends.

Stoke-on-Trent City Council is expected to transfer housing repairs to a new local authority-owned company when its current contract with Kier ends.

Senior councillors will meet next month to discuss a report on the future of the council's current joint venture with the property management company, which is due to end in February 2018.
