Northgate Public Services has won the five-year contract to deliver the national Blue Badge Improvement Scheme for disabled drivers.

The IT contractor will develop a web-based administration system, which will be available via the Government Connect intranet, to go alongside the new blue badge card, which will be harder to alter or forge.
