The Francis Review of the Mid Staffordshire NHS trust has shaken us all, no more so than everyone in the world of care provision.

Cllr David Rogers, chair of the LGA's Community Wellbeing Board, said: ‘When we are sick or in need of care we rightfully expect to be treated with dignity and respect by those charged with looking after us.'
