Bournemouth BC's former head of finance has claimed she had serious concerns about the local authority's controversial outsourcing deal with Mouchel, but was suspended before she could investigate them any further.

Details of an email from Liz Wilkinson, who was suspended from her role at the local authority, were published in local paper, the Daily Echo, last week.
