A building share between the Local Government Ombudsman (LGO) and Department for Communities and Local Government will be monitored for any potential conflicts of interest.

Chair of the House of Commons' communities and local government committee in the last Parliament, Clive Betts, said he and his colleagues would keep an eye on any issues if he was re-elected to serve again.
