Members of the Think Local Act Personal (TLAP) network have signed a new partnership agreement to help improve health and care services.

Members of the Think Local Act Personal (TLAP) network have signed a new partnership agreement to help improve health and care services.

The agreement sets out a new vision for the personalisation of care, which has been backed by care minister, Norman Lamb.
