Contract's online discovery probed

Gloucestershire CC has launched an investigation into how parts of a controversial £500m waste incinerator contract were discovered online.

Gloucestershire CC has launched an investigation into how parts of a controversial £500m waste incinerator contract were discovered online.

The investigation was started after it was revealed an electronic version of the council's contract with Urbaser Balfour Beatty could be altered to reveal redacted information.
