Contractors 'must sign ethics code' says CSPL

The Committee on Standards in Public Life (CSPL) has warned town halls to consider how contractors could be covered by senior officers’ planned ethics code.

The Committee on Standards in Public Life (CSPL) has warned town halls to consider how contractors could be covered by senior officers' planned ethics code.

CSPL, chaired by Lord Paul Bew, has given a broad thumbs-up to the Society of Local Authority Chief Executives (SOLACE) latest draft code of ethics.
