At a meeting of Conwy CBC on Thursday 29 September, Iwan Davies was offered and accepted the post of chief executive.

Mr Davies was appointed acting corporate director as part of Conwy's interim management arrangements in March 2010, and previously held the post of head of legal and democratic services.
