Mike Cooke, currently deputy chief executive of Camden LBC, has been named as the authority's new chief executive.

Mr Cooke, who is also Camden's director of housing and adult social care, and director of HR, will replace Moira Gibb, who will step down at the end of this year, after eight years in post.
