Local approaches to taking action on net-zero could offer ‘vast potential to deliver a holistic green recovery from the pandemic,' a new report has argued.

As local government day draws COP26 to a close in Glasgow later this week, the report from think-tank Localis said regulation agreed at the national level can ‘at times prove to be a restriction on the extent to which action can be taken on the local level'.
