Core Assets appoint former Number 10 adviser

Children’s services group, Core Assets, has appointed a former Number 10 adviser, Mark Owers, as head of integrated services.

Children's services group, Core Assets, has appointed a former Number 10 adviser, Mark Owers, as head of integrated services.

Mr Owers takes up the newly-created senior management role with immediate effect. He will be responsible for leading on services to support families with complex needs, including children on the edge of care and returning home from care, youth justice and adoption as well as helping to shape the way in which the group delivers children's services across the UK.
