England's eight core cities outside London plan to push the Government for an extension to their initial City Deals signed last summer, a report revealed today.

Published by think tank Centre for Cities in advance of a forthcoming Government announcement on the second wave of city deals, the report is based on interviews with representatives of the core cities.
