A new scheme for refurbishing or decommissioning outdated IT equipment has been launched.

The Improvement and Efficiency Social Enterprise (iESE) has joined forces with ICT Refurbishment to offer councils a new scheme for refurbishing or decommissioning outdated IT equipment.
