Cornwall chief to leave for Edinburgh

Cornwall Council’s chief executive Andrew Kerr is to become the new top officer at Edinburgh City Council.

Cornwall Council's chief executive Andrew Kerr is to become the new top officer at Edinburgh City Council.

Mr Kerr was announced as the preferred candidate for the post of chief executive today, following a two-day selection process.
