Cornwall shock as Growth Deal only delivers £18m

Cornwall Council has expressed its ‘shock’ after the Government allotted just £18m to the county in the latest Growth Deal announcement.

Cornwall Council has expressed its ‘shock' after the Government allotted just £18m to the county in the latest Growth Deal announcement.

The council said the figure fell far short of the investment required if Cornwall was not to lose out when EU funding ends.
