A MP has blasted Cornwall Council's surf tax as ‘immoral' and ‘unfair' after it was revealed it has only generated £32,000.

North Cornwall MP Scott Mann said only 18 water-based activity licenses have been granted by the local authority since the scheme was introduced in April.
