COSLA to fight inequality

The president of the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COSLA) has pledged to tackle inequality.

Speaking in the run up to COSLA's annual conference, which starts tomorrow, Cllr David O'Neill said inequality was a ‘scar on the face of the Scottish political world' as the gap between rich and poor ‘grows bigger by the day'.
