The leader of COSLA has defended his under-fire organisation.

The leader of the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COSLA), Cllr David O'Neill, has defended his under-fire organisation – by drawing unfavourable comparisons with the track record of its English counterpart, the Local Government Association (LGA), in lobbying against spending cuts.
