COSLA's ready to take a lead

Public sector reform is likely to be the hot topic at this week's COSLA conference in St Andrews, says Jamie Hailstone

The issue of public sector reform will be under the microscope at COSLA's annual gathering of the Scottish council clans this week in St Andrews. The three-day annual conference, which runs until tomorrow (Friday), will feature contributions from former Tory MP Michael Portillo, Scottish finance minister ~Tom McCabe~ and ~Douglas Sinclair~ from Fife Council.
