Woking BC has clarified comments made by its chief executive after criticism he was linking the town's Pakistani community with electoral fraud.

The local authority's top officer, Ray Morgan, issued a statement on 24 April after five people had been found guilty of conspiracy to defraud at Reading Crown Court.
