Rushcliffe BC could launch a joint venture property company with a developer after a cabinet meeting this week.

In a report to the meeting, which took place after The MJ went to press, executive manager for transformation, Katherine Marriott, said that a joint venture company was one option the council should explore to develop council-owned sites.
