Islington LBC has branded a ministerial decision to quash its choice to limit office-to-home conversion in its borough as ‘ill-founded’.

Islington LBC has branded a ministerial decision to quash its choice to limit office-to-home conversion in its borough as ‘ill-founded'.

Outgoing planning minister Nick Boles revoked the borough's Article 4 direction, which stopped developers from turning office space into homes without having to get planning permission first after he said it was ‘unacceptably expansive and unjustified'.
