Portsmouth City Council has launched an independent investigation into allegations of bullying by councillors.

Portsmouth City Council has launched an independent investigation into allegations of bullying by councillors.

Council leader, Cllr Donna Jones, has appointed independent solicitor, Richard Lingard, to lead the investigation and ensure councillors are behaving appropriately.
